Righteous Fur just signed a TV development deal with Gurney Productions, who produce a lot of shows for Discovery and Animal Planet, to develop a Righteous Fur series with several of our designers as “characters.” They’ll be shooting a “sizzle reel” later this month to pitch the show to cable networks. If it gets picked up, it would start production in November, when we’re staging the next Nutria-palooza! in Lafayette, LA. Who knows? You might be voting for your favorite RF character on the website sometime soon!

Holiday Inn Express on Admbassador Caffery is very close to the venue. They have discounted weekend rates that aren’t too bad: $99/king (one double), $108/queen (two doubles).
